All Organized 4U are expert professional organizers who also specialize in collectible item evaluation and estate clearing. We know it’s not easy to release possessions and we want to make this easier for you.
Residential Organizing
We work closely with our clients helping them with the basics of professional organizing, resulting in a more functional space. Our systems can easily be managed by our clients on an ongoing, daily basis.
Releasing Possessions
Should our clients want to sell unused items, we help them to learn how to post and manage online selling sites. Alternatively, we can post on their behalf and manage the online selling process entirely. This would mean, taking photos, determining the best online selling site, writing the post description, determining the selling price and managing the pick up or delivery. We have expertise releasing possessions on Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Posh Mark, Karrot and multiple Facebook selling and bidding groups.
If releasing possessions means boxing up and disposing, we can manage that for you too.
Estate
Clearing
Using the utmost respect, dignity, compassion and discretion we assist clients with the difficult process of releasing possessions. We sort and group like items and help clients decide which items should be gifted, donated, sold or disposed of. Should we find sensitive documents we ensure they are identified and dealt with safely.
We offer expertise in identifying and researching valuable items and collections to determine their history and selling potential and fair market value. We document all items on a spreadsheet which can be used for insurance purposes or to present to potential buyers.
We offer expertise in online auction management and success. Knowing how to group and photograph items to show their full potential can greatly increase your auction result success.
Preparation
Organizing
We work with clients to assist in the process of packing household items in advance of a move or renovation project. High quality boxes are used and all boxes organized by type of item and labelled with room and contents description. Our expert organization systems ensure items can be easily identified when they need to be unpacked. We also offer our network of professional moving companies and storage facilities.
Office/Business
Organizing
With over 20 years of experience in sales, business management and accounting, we can help you sort through papers while implementing an organized filing system and shred any documents that you do not need to keep. We have expertise in all facets of business processes including accounting, distribution and manufacturing. We also offer small business bookkeeping services using Intuit QuickBooks software.
Hello, I'm Kathy!
Owner and Professional Organizer
It all started in my 20s when I managed retail stores and had to organize and merchandise clothing racks and display cases. I knew I could increase sales just by making my stores more organized and visually attractive. I would say I’ve used my natural-born organizing skills throughout my life in both my home and work environments.
In 2018, my mother passed and left me with a house full of stuff. Not only was it her stuff but also her parent’s stuff, my father’s stuff, stuff from both of my brothers and stuff belonging to my aunt. All that stuff is the result of a very good person with a big heart and also a person with an inability to let anything go.
Like they say, everything is for a reason…
Clearing my mother’s estate taught me a lot about how to research and sell collectible items and spurred the organizing passion in me once again. I decided I wanted to become a Professional Organizer and help other people with this process. I earned my Advanced Professional Organize certificate from QC Design School in 2023. I am an active member of the POC (Professional Organizers In Canada) Association. I am currently working on earning my certificate in Aging in Place design and am also studying to become a credentialed, professional appraiser. I’m so happy to be helping other people get organized and very honoured to be trusted to help with the sensitive and important task of letting things go.

This company is dedicated to my parents John (aka Jack) and Louise Brown. My mother had a big heart and cherished her family and everything she was ever given. She taught me how to be a good, kind and honest person. My father was a successful entrepreneur and well-known military antique collector. He taught me how to work hard, follow my dreams and to never give up.
